TCU Party

Despite working in Fort Worth for many years, this was our first opportunity to do a TCU themed party!  Finally!  This party was celebrating the high school graduation of a future frog.  Our hope was to use some decorating elements that she could use in her dorm room.  Another great thing about the guest of honor is her love of donuts.  Hopefully she was pleased because we had a ton of them!

Outlander Party~ Season 1 Part 2

Our favorite show is finally back!  So of course we had a kick off watching party.  If you haven't heard of it, Starz Outlander is based on the book series with the same name by Diana Gabaldon.  The story follows Claire Randall from the 1940's back in time to 18th century Scotland.  As such our fun party table followed that theme with lots of tartan and old world decor.  Our If you know the show or the books you'll love this party, none of our clever food labels will make sense!  On this party we took inspiration from this cute post over at Unskinny Boppy.  She came up with some genius ideas!  This is actually the third party celebrating Outlander.  Check out our other posts from the Outlander Series Premier and Jamie and Claire's Wedding.  Thanks to the lovely Jenny Shoffner for photos.
